History
induism was born between the years 1500 and 1200 B.C. in India.
There is no knowledge of a founder for this religion, as for a lot longer than the foundation the Hinduism, people have fed all of their beliefs on the cycle of life, the law of karma.
There is a great variety of religions, sects and philosophies of life, with many gods, goddesses, leaders and thinkers.
In this diversity, however, there is great unity in Hinduism, as between all of their gods, three stand out: Brahma, the creator – Siva, the destroyer, and Vishnu, the protector. All of the gods and all of creation are a part of an absolute universal being, the God of the Hindus, the worshipped Brahma.
There are nearly 745 million Hindus currently spread throughout the world. The majority live in India, Indonesia, Pakistan, Burma, Ceylon, Malaysia, South Africa, United States and in other countries through the derived organizations.
